How we handle your enquiry.
When you send the form, Promotron stores your enquiry in a private inbox for the team to review and respond.
The calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs and results are not sent automatically. Your scenario is included with an enquiry only when you select “Include my calculator scenario” or choose “Add scenario to brief”. You can review the figures and assumptions before sending.
Information you provide
The form sends your name, email address, message and agreement to be contacted. Company, website, business type and monthly output are optional. We use these details and any calculator scenario you include to understand and respond to your enquiry.
Unsubmitted form details stay in your browser and are not saved by this site after you leave or reload the page. Your browser or device may offer its own autofill features. The button beside our email address copies only that address to your clipboard when you click it.
Sending your enquiry
“Send enquiry” submits your details to our server and saves them in the team’s password-protected inbox. We use the email address you provide to reply.
The confirmation on this page means your enquiry has been saved for the team to review. If the page cannot confirm receipt, your details remain in the form so you can try again.
Storage and spam protection
Enquiries are kept in the private inbox for review and follow-up. Email correspondence may also remain in the team mailbox as part of the conversation. Contact us using the address below to request deletion of your enquiry.
Your IP address is used to limit abusive requests and protect the form from spam. The form also contains a field used to detect automated submissions. Enquiry text and email credentials are not included in application logs.
Anonymous website statistics
We use a small script hosted on our own server to count page views, selected link and button clicks, calculator interactions and enquiry submissions. Interaction counts identify the control used, such as a calculator slider or plan button. They never contain calculator values, form contents, names or email addresses.
Our server keeps daily aggregate counts by page, action, referring website, device category, browser family and operating system. Referring websites are reduced to their domain name, without page paths, searches or URL parameters. We also count broad network ranges separately: IPv4 addresses are reduced to a /24 range and IPv6 addresses to a /48 range. Full IP addresses are not saved in these statistics. These totals do not identify individual visitors or connect actions into a browsing history.
We do not assign visitor identifiers, fingerprint devices, record sessions or share statistics with third-party analytics or advertising services. Repeat views and actions count again. Browser and bot classification is approximate. Aggregate statistics are kept for 30 days and are visible only in the team's password-protected admin area.
Your analytics preference
You can disable anonymous interaction statistics below. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings. Disabling statistics sets only the preference cookie promotron_analytics=off for 180 days. It contains no visitor identifier. Enabling statistics again removes that cookie. We do not store your brief in cookies or browser storage.

Server page-request logs
Separately, our server records requests for public pages, including requests made when JavaScript is disabled. These records contain the time, page path, response status, browser identification string and technical response information. IP addresses, URL query parameters, referrers, cookies and form contents are excluded from these logs. Further page-request logging is disabled when your browser sends our saved analytics opt-out preference, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Page-request logs are available only to the team. They rotate daily and are kept for approximately 30 days, subject to a storage limit. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, to serve the page.
